The domesticity of the super-carrier is created through a controlled environment for the sailors which will be their home-life throughout the entire operation at sea providing auxiliary supports for its primary function.
The new socialist state of Havana 2.0 is enacted based on a centralized political system with more power of control than the present Cuban communist party and state, which outlines that the administration is the still the central power to organize, direct and control the economic life of this socialist society.
The infrastructure in plan is derived from the pattern generated by the study of the centralized socialist system. The Central core acts as a central decontamination chamber. Accompanying the central core, each circular structure consists of a centralized auxiliary silo surrounded by state owned living and production units, from which the social watchers of the administration are able to observe the inhabitants, who are stationed around the perimeter.
Through the circular spatial arrangement and organisation, the administration is able to generate better control and surveillance on the behavior and social activities of the inhabitants in each silo.
The central administration employs societal control through the use of disciplinary and necessity control mechanism that is outlined in the constitution of Havana 2.0. These state duties subject the inhabitants to a specific task on a daily basis, forming a controlled living routine.
To enhance some of the effectiveness in the implementation of the control mechanisms concerned with living, food, and farming, the administration organised every ten floors as one autonomous compartment.
The Administration organizes the food production based on the principle of socialist distribution of from each according to his capacity, to each according to his work. This is done through food rationing, handed out by the administration each day, however, limited to a Quad food apportionment for each Inhabitant.
Through the organisation of the spatial structure and the scale of the infrastructure, it symbolizes the administration’s authority, hence; signifying dominance and control that projects their influence in this new socialist society.
Each inhabitant in every compartment are subject to an hour of stress, physiological and claustrophobic relief prescription by going for a retreat in an illusion of space, and natural sky in the Montane forest reserve. Followed by an hour of exposure under the artificial sun to stimulate an open space after the deprived of sunlight.
